resize2fs: Bad magic number in super-block while trying to open /dev/rhel/root Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock.

When i updated the PV, VG and LV and run resize2fs LV name getting this error 
resize2fs: Bad magic number in super-block while trying to open /dev/rhel/root Couldn’t find valid filesystem superblock
I got eh Answer 


# resize2fs /dev/rhel/root
resize2fs: Bad magic number in super-block while trying to open /dev/rhel/root Couldn’t find valid filesystem superblock.
When you get this error Run #xfs_growfs /dev/rhel/root (LVname)

# xfs_growfs /dev/rhel/root

Run Df- h to verify
