What is Dnsmasq (Libvirted) and how to stop It

Q- Why Dnsmasq service is showing in my fresh Installed server and how to stop It

Dnsmasq provides network infrastructure for small networks: Like DNS, DHCP, router advertisement and network. It is designed to be lightweight and have a small footprint, suitable for resource constrained routers and firewalls.
In many  Linux OS it comes with ● libvirtd.service – Virtualization daemon
To start and Stop you can use

systemctl start libvirtd

systemctl stop libvirtd
